WaspProtect Limitations & Exclusions:

WaspProtect does not cover damage due to water, fire, lightning, disaster or other acts of nature. Damage other than normal wear, usage or accidental breakage is excluded from WaspProtect coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from product neglect, tampering, misuse, unauthorized repair, unauthorized supplies, or use of product outside of environmental specifications. WaspProtect coverage is voided by the removal, defacing, or modification of the product’s serial number. Lost or stolen items are excluded from WaspProtect coverage.

Shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states is not covered under WaspProtect warranty. Duties, taxes, and customs charges for Canadian clearance are excluded from WaspProtect coverage. Consumables, including printheads, are not covered under WaspProtect warranty. WaspProtect extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of original hardware purchase.
