Preventative Maintenance and Repair Work Orders

AssetCloud’s work order feature is a more robust version of the quick maintenance feature. A work order can contain one or multiple assets and can contain one or multiple tasks that need to be performed on the assets. Tasks within a work order can be assigned to one or multiple people. Time taken to complete tasks can be recorded as well as cost of repairs. Reports can be run to view statuses of work orders, details of work order, and metrics on tasks.
