Please call our sales department and we will assist you. You will be asked to provide your machine key as well as proof of purchase, so we can assure your license will be created with the correct number of users you purchased. The machine key can be found in the software under > About.

Your installation may come with sample data in it. If so, when you are ready to start using the program and entering in real data you plan to keep, go to Settings > Reset to wipe the database clean (it will not delete any users or roles).
